What is a domain name?
- When you type "www.zelzem.com", you are typing a domain name. Simply put, it is your website's identity and it points to the location of your website. It is not a webspace. Please see webhosting if you wish to buy a webspace as well.

How to buy a domain name
Step 1: Check domain name availability
*If your desired name is available, proceed to step 2. Else, try another name. The domain name is available if it says 'No match for <domain name>' in the result page.

Step 3: Receive confirmation e-mail
- Within 24hrs, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us which includes an invoice and payment instructions. Your domain name will be activated once you have completed the payment transaction.
- You can cancel your order anytime before you make the payments.
- We will consider your order cancelled if you fail to make the payment within 2 weeks from the date of invoice.

This payment method is classic but is still used by the majority of Malaysian. Simply go to our bank branch (details of our bank accounts will be provided in the confirmation e-mail), bank-in the amount and e-mail us the scanned deposit slip as proof of payment.
